Who we are

Casa Loma Homes is a Vancouver based company with roots in Toronto, where the company’s owner began renovating over 20 years. It all started with the renovation of the family home, a near 100 year old, Georgian style house – just steps from the famous “Casa Loma” mansion. Since those early days we have designed and built luxury homes we would love to live in. We specialize in building luxury custom homes in Vancouver and surrounding areas.

All projects begin with the desires, needs and comforts of our clients. We take great care and pride in fulfilling these wants with style, creativity and the highest standards of craftsmanship.

We begin by understanding the needs of our clients and develop a conceptual design. We then convert those needs into a detailed design through a consultative process. Lastly we hire superior trades, who we have ongoing relationships with, to ensure exceptional results in building the dream home. We provide detailed budgets and keep clients informed of progress and costs on an ongoing basis.
